Lynette Correa-Velez, M.Ed., (she/her/hers/ella), is the Assistant Director of Career Development at Northeastern Illinois University (NEIU) located in Chicago, IL. As a trained Career Coach with over 17 years of professional experience in career coaching and workforce development, she has trained over 20,000 multicultural and inter-generational learners in over 20 21st-century career readiness topics.
